Bromsgrove Scout Network

STOP PRESS: Bromsgrove Scout Network is now up and running!

Scout Network is the fifth and final section of Scouting and is open to young men and woman aged 18 - 25. Scout Network is designed to be as flexible and diverse as the people it serves including those away at university during term time. 

Bromsgrove Scout Network meets every week, normally at 1st Bromsgrove Scout HQ. With the summer weather and lighter nights approaching the unit will be getting out and about as much as possible including camping and other outdoor pursuits. More details soon......

As well as Scout Network, Scouting also has many other opportunities for 18 - 25 year olds:

• As a leader or assistant with another section of Scouting
• As a member of Scout fellowship
• Boy Scout of America, International Camp Staff Programme. More Info
• Volunteer at Kandersteg International Scout Centre, Switzerland. More Info
• Take part in the Explorer Belt Challenge. More Info

A Scout Network's programme will reflect the huge variation in Members' interests, however one of the key elements is the opportunity to get away, either under canvas or in other accommodation. Scout Network members also have the opportunity to work towards the Duke of Edinburgh's Award Scheme and the Scout Association's top award, The Queen's Scout Award.
